Incorrect Index???

I was using FCDB XP 2 for a week now with no problems... I made a new team, added faces, updated teams, etc, etc...
But one day I was in a hurry so I shut FCDB and saved and after I shut my computer... when I came back I opened FCDB like always and tried opening the FCDB_eng.dbi file like always... but their was an error that said "Incorrect Index" what does this mean? and how do I get rid of it??

I have exactly the same problem? How do i solve it? Have u managed to solve it? HELP anyone pls!
