Check your NetMeeting. Maybe you have it set to load with Windows, which
will screw up a lot of games, not just TA. Also, there are some
sound-specifice settings you can manipulate in TOTALA.INI. Check out
http://www.tauniverse.com/switeck for details and too many bug-fixes to
list.
