how do I kill a krogoth?

Hi ,

My friend and I play TA almost everynight after work. I play the Arm set
and he plays the Core set.

I find that once he has built a krogoth, the games is basically over.

Does anyone know how to kill this f**ker?

Keep it busy with other units, then waltz the commander into range and D-gun
the bugger

Unfortunately, this causes a *hell* of an explosion, so have
some construction untis ready to dash in and repair the commander whilst he
withdraws.

That, or blast it with your Vulcan from long range. 2 Vulcans can reduce a Krogoth to
scrap quite rapidly, and one alone is no slouch either. Just make sure you explicitly
order the Vulcan to aim at the Krogoth, rather than hoping, and he should be scrap
before he gets close enough to do any damage to your base.

heavy defences, lotsa vulcans, maybe try sending out an atlas and nicking
one of his construction units, and build yourself a karganeth

or at
least a few krogoths

A Karganeth is a 3rd party unit. It's sort of like a slow moving
super-ultra-megakrogoth.
