A few others are misleading, like # of differrent units. (explain to me the differences between ARM and CORE missle towers?) And some of the design differences are kinda odd, and could even be interpreted as shortcomings in TA. For instance, yeah, point #40- 'all weapons are objects,' doesn't this sometimes cause lag with things like EMG units? Is an easter-eggish behavior worth this sort of problem? (OTOH, I'm not sure how to change this and stay true to the 3D terrain advantages/disadvantages... but it's still a bad description of the good things about the idea)
Eh, it was too biased for me to spend any more time picking apart. If by 'bible,' you mean resource used to bolster pre-concieved biases, I guess you're right. If by bible you mean an authoritative resource you can trust, well, I'd rather read Isiah than that website, and I think that book skirts uncomfortably close to the rantings of a demagogue, when read quickly.
There are dozens of ways TA kicks butt over SC, even after design differences/preferences are considered and discounted. The biggest of these these would be the obviously superior automation and GUI. But the way to get converts is not by saying 'everything in SC is stupid (and wrong)' since that ignores what SC did right, and makes you look childish and ill-informed. Intelligent advocacy is more imporant than ever now, esp. since TA is getting harder and harder to find...
To be fair, people and publicists on the SC side will also find the goofiest things to brag about. 'Set a unit to follow another. You can even set them to follow each other in turn, creating congo lines!'(1) Umm, yeah, 'cause the first thing I try to do in a RTS is create dance scenes and arrange choreography...
