www.zone.msn.com hosts some games

www.gamespy.com also

if you don't mind just 1v1 you can still use msn messenger www.msn.com to
play TA

To play TA online, the best place is
http://www.phoenixworx.org/downloads/client.asp

PhoeniX WorX is a gaming TA made specifically for TA, by TA fans, for
TA fans, as a replacment for the regretted Boneyard: PhoeniX WorX has
galactic war (a kind of metagame where your TA games have an impact on
a large scale Arm VS Core war), ranks (so can get an idea of levels,
and are incited to play more to earn your stripes), PM, supporting
forum, etc.. etc...
