No. The Campaign is notoriously cheat-unfriendly.
One thing you can do is modify the Commander to make you tougher, for example you could give him M and E storage and production, and far more armour.
Just extract ARMCOM and CORCOM FBI files into UNITS and text edit them.
** I THINK IF AN FBI FILE IS IN YOUR UNITS DIRECTORY IT TAKES PRIORITY ?? **
Otherwise you have to compile the FBI into a UFO file. (Read readmes).
Here are some unit settings you could modify to make Campaigns MUCH easier:
MaxDamage=3000;
Armour, increase it to 10000 to make x3 tough Commander or 30000 for x10, etc.
WorkerTime=300;
Increase it, say to 900 to make your nano x3, or 3000 for x10, etc.
EnergyMake=25; MetalMake=1;
Increase to what you want. Make metal of about 25 and Energy of 1000 and you're laughing....
CloakCost=200; CloakCostMoving=1000;
Decrease these to make cloaking cheaper.
HealTime=27;
Increase this to make your Com heal faster.
SightDistance=290; RadarDistance=400;
Increase to make sight and rader further.
That's make a BIG difference. Warning, if you do BOTH coms, you'll have to fight a super-tough Commander on the last level (which is kinda fine, eh?).
