Actually Ewan, apart from the tacit consent to copy by omission of its
prohibition within my and most TA users EULA which is a *non-variable
contract*, "fair dealing" also over-rules INA's subsequent prohibition
for the purpose of making a single back-up or working copy for your
own use.
Although the new copyright holder doesn't enlighten users to the fact
as it is in their interest to have you believe it's unlawful to copy
at all, their reference to "copy" only renders unlawful making
multiples which implies copying for other than your own use. ie:
implied distribution.

A *little* overzealous? Emotionally irrational is probably a better
