I have looked all over and cant seem to find the Core Contengency or battle
tactics expansion packs for ta does any one know where I can download the
complete versions

I don't think they are available for download, just on CD. You can usually
find them on Ebay, or software retail sites if you can't find any locally.

I have down loaded the maps but I need some of the tile sets that are not
included in the main game but I cant seem to purchace the expansion packs
that is really what I need
