Hiya Steve. I don't know if you've tried this yet, but anyway, Right click on the desktop, click on "Properties", When that opens, click on"Settings", go down to "Advanced" & click on that, when that opens you should have a few tabs across the top of that window, There should be one saying "Adaptor", Click on that & that should tell you what video card you have, If the drivers have been loaded correctly that is. Hope this is off some help, If not, you may have to resort to cracking the case.

PS: These instructions are for Win98 & ME, You don't say what operating system your using, but it should be very much the same with XP & Win2000.
