Just currious as to how many people are still watching this NG? Just chime
in for a count.

Anyone in Iowa? I would live to hook for a weekend of LAN TA games.

Yup.

Count one dedicated fan in Brisbane, Australia. 5 years on and still
nothing more enjoyable or better in the multi-player RTS genre than
TA.

The original Command and Conquer was evolutionary when it came out and
much fun, but its graphics dated quickly. Westwood's money making
successors never evolved in anything but name, and the rest became
lost in the mire of arcade appeal also rans following their original
release success. All were eclipsed by Total Annihilation which has
reigned supreme to all comers since.

Holland here. TA is great on lans. Played it here and in germany. 5v5 games

I live in New Zealand and have been following this group ever since TA
was ported to the Mac. TA is, hands down the RTS game I've ever played.
I play SC more often, but that's only because it's so damn hard to find
other TA net players.
