If you want core contingency units or maps etc there is a site that
you can download a .ccx extension and to use it you simply put it in
your ta directory

ther is a heap of other cool stuff there too when I downloaded

it added an extra txt extension to the file this .txt extension has to
be removed using rename before it could work

Sorry to rain on the parade, but those units are illegal unless you own the
Core Contingency expansion pack for TA. You can find new copies of TA+CC in
quite a few online stores (amazon, I think, and ebay certainly), and used
versions just about anywhere.
