2K and the Shift Keys.

Has anyone else encountered issues with the Shift and Ctrl keys not
working. Under 98 The shift worked fine but the Ctrl key didn't. Now I
am using 2K neither one works.

Anyone else not had these keys work and were there any fixes for it?
